Early Years Practitioner

Salary:   TBC
Hours:    Full Time

To ensure the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children from differing cultures, religious backgrounds, and stages of development.

To be aware of the high profile of the nursery and to uphold its standards at all times.

To have a minimum Level 3 NVQ in childcare studies.

To contribute to a programme of activities suitable to the age range of children in your area, in conjunction with other staff.

To keep a record of achievement file on your key children, for parents.

Support all staff and engage in a good staff team.

Liaise with and support parents and other family members.

To attend ALL out of working hours activities, e.g. training, monthly staff meetings, parents evenings, summer fayre, Christmas party, etc.

To be flexible within working practices of nursery.

Look upon the School and Nursery as a "whole" where can you help be most utilised, be constantly aware of the needs of children.

To respect the confidentiality of information received.

Teaching Assistant

Salary:  TBC
Hours:    Full Time

We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team of Teaching Assistants working within our small and friendly school.  You will be required to work within our Lower Key Stage 2 classes to support both the class teacher and children in their daily work. In addition to this you will be required to supervise the children at lunchtime as part of our lunchtime staff. Experience of working in a school environment would be preferable but not essential.

Other Requirements:
